摘 要:分析了碾压式沥青混凝土心墙施工过程和施工碾压后温度下降规律,探讨不同钻孔取芯降温方案的影响。试验结果表明,沥青混凝土心墙施工过程温度下降主要受出料温度和现场环境温度影响,施工压实后近表面温度在夏季白天高温条件下降温速率约5℃/h,而夏季夜间和秋季白天可提高至10~14℃/h。开挖过渡料洒水降温方式可在2 d内降温至小于40℃,且对芯样孔隙率影响小。The temperature reduction law of roller compacted bituminous concrete core is studied during construction and after compaction.The effect of different temperature reduction methods on drilling core is explored.Test results indicated that the temperature reduction during construction was mainly influenced by mix production temperature and air temperature.After compaction,the temperature near surface showed a reduction rate of 5℃/h during summer day,while increased to 10~14℃/h during summer night and autumn day.The method of opening the core intermediate layer and spraying water could reduce the core temperature to 40℃within 2 d.this method was proved to have a small effect on the air void content of drilling cores.
