摘 要:该研究进行了水稳基层原位冷再生混合料材料组成设计及混合料性能验证,提出了基层原位再生10~30 mm新料添加量按15%控制,并将设计结果应用于实体工程。论文探讨了基层原位冷再生的施工工艺、机械配置、养生工艺、质量控制要点,分析了水稳基层原位冷再生技术的技术特点,为锡盟公路养护工程基层冷再生施工积累了经验。This study investigates the material composition design and performance verification of in-situ cold recycled mixtures for hydraulically stabilized base courses.The research establishes that the optimal content of new aggregates(10~30 mm)should be controlled at 15%for base course regeneration,with the design results successfully implemented in practical engineering projects.The study examines the construction technology,equipment configuration,curing processes,and key quality control points of in-situ cold recycling for base courses.Through analyzing the technical characteristics of hydraulically stabilized base course in-situ cold recycling technology,this study provides valuable insights for the implementation of cold recycling construction in the cement stabilized base of highway maintenance projects in Xilingol League.
