摘 要:该研究基于山东省聊城市2024年国省道干线公路养护工程,自主研发半柔性灌浆料并施工,通过基层混合料配合比设计及施工工艺研究,提出适用于半柔性路面复合路面灌注的关键技术。研究了灌注式半柔性复合路面的抗车辙机制,分析了材料组成和结构特性对车辙问题的抵抗作用。施工工艺包括旧路面处治、基体沥青混合料铺筑和半柔性材料灌注等环节。通过改进灌浆材料配方、优化基层沥青混合料设计和施工工艺,可进一步提升路面性能。This study was based on the 2024 national and provincial trunk road maintenance project in Liaocheng City,Shandong Province.It independently developed semi-flexible grouting materials and carried out construction.Through the design of the base mixture ratio and the research on construction technology,key technologies suitable for the grouting of semi-flexible composite pavements were proposed.The rutting resistance mechanism of the perfusion semi-flexible composite pavement was studied,and the role of material composition and structural characteristics in resisting rutting problems was analyzed.The construction technology includes the treatment of old pavements,the laying of base asphalt mixtures,and the grouting of semi-flexible materials.By improving the formula of grouting materials,optimizing the design of base asphalt mixtures,and construction technology,the pavement performance can be further improved.
