摘 要:基于南水北调中线北京段浮游植物群落时空变化,并应用相关性分析和冗余分析,分析了浮游植物门类变化对环境因子的响应关系,同时研究了浮游植物生长对水体溶解性有机物的影响。结果表明,研究区域内硅藻门种类检出55种,占比最多,达到44.35%;大宁调压池的浮游植物密度可超过1000万个/L;蓝藻门对生物密度贡献较高,硅藻门对生物量贡献较高。同时,属于硅藻门和绿藻门的优势种占比较高,并在不同采样时期,优势种不尽相同。氮磷营养盐升高能够促进硅藻门和蓝藻门的生长,绿藻门对水温的响应明显。南水北调中线北京段水体中的溶解性有机物呈现出明显的季节效应,主要是来自内源输入,水中浮游植物的淤积腐化过程是其主要来源之一。Based on the spatial and temporal variations of phytoplankton community in the Beijing Section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Line,this paper applied correlation and redundancy analyses to determine the response of phytoplankton to the environmental factors,and also investigated the effects of phytoplankton growth on the dissolved organic matter in the water body.The results showed that the number of Diatom phylum species in the study area was detected to be 55,which accounted for the largest proportion of 44.35%,and the phytoplankton density in the Daning Regulation Pool had exceeded 10 million cells/L.The highest contribution of density came from Cyanobacterial phylum and the highest contribution of biomass came from Diatom phylum.At the same time,the dominant species belonging to the Diatom phylum and Chlorophyta phylum accounted for a high percentage,and the dominant species varied in different sampling periods.Elevated nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient salts could promote the growth of Diatom phylum and Cyanobacterial phylum.The response of Chlorophyta phylum to water temperature and was obvious.Dissolved organic matter in the water body of the Beijing Section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Line showed obvious seasonal effects,mainly from endogenous inputs,and the siltation and decay process of phytoplankton in the water was one of the main sources.
