摘  要:针对TC4钛合金自锁螺母,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,采用单因素控制法开展了对不同收口量、收口区域高度及收口速度的有限元仿真数值模拟研究。基于采用的收口工艺,建立有限元仿真模型,介绍了自锁螺母的成型机理。根据仿真结果,观察其收口过程,分析收口过程中的内螺纹区域应力应变变化规律,对比不同组参数对仿真结果的影响。结果表明:在自锁螺母收口过程中,应在不出现裂纹的合理范围下,尽可能选取较大的收口量、收口区域高度与收口速度,从而增加内螺纹区域的变形量,增大锁紧力矩,提高产品质量和加工效率。Aiming at the TC4 titanium alloy self-locking nut,using ABAQUS and single factor control method,the finite element simulation at different necking volume,necking area height and necking speedare carried out.According to the necking in the enterprises at present,the finite element simulation model is established and the forming mechanism of self-locking nut is introduced.According to the simulation results,the necking processis observed,the changing law of stress and strain in the internal thread area in the neckingis analyzed.Meanwhile compared the effects of different groups of parameters on the simulation results.The results show that in the necking of the self-locking nut,the necking volume,necking area height and necking speed should be selected as large as possible without cracks,so as to increase the deformation of the internal thread area and the locking torque,improve product quality and processing efficiency.
