摘 要:为进一步探究如何提升胶带输送机纠偏能力,以TD75型胶带输送机调心托辊结构为研究对象,通过三维建模与仿真分析方法,分析不同因素对其纠偏特性带来的影响,并确定该调心托辊优化后的参数组合。而后将优化参数的调心托辊投入实际运行,结果表明,优化参数后的调心托辊有效提升了胶带输送机的纠偏能力,预计本次研究在后续工作中,将具有一定的应用价值。In order to further investigate how to improve the deflection correction ability of the belt conveyor,the TD75 spherical roller structure of the belt conveyor is taken as a research case,and the influence of different factors on its deflection correction characteristics is analyzed through three-dimensional modeling and simulation analysis,and the optimized parameter combinations of the spherical roller are determined.The optimised spherical roller is then put into actual operation,and the results show that the optimised spherical roller effectively improves the deflection correction ability of the belt conveyor,and it is expected that this study will have certain application value in the subsequent work.
