摘  要:水电机组转轮桨叶的正常运行对水电站稳定运行至关重要。基于此,针对高桥水电站1号机组转轮桨叶动作异常的问题,从调速器系统和转轮两个方面进行了全面检查与分析,找出了转轮活塞窜油这一主因,并给出了转轮密封装置采取“一道密封式+两道导向环式”的处理对策。实施后取得了良好效果,可为同行业今后处理此类问题提供参考借鉴。The normal operation of the rotor blade of the hydropower unit is crucial to the stable operation of the hydropower plant.Therefore,in view of the problem of abnormal action of runner blade of 1 unit of Gaoqiao Hydropower Station,a comprehensive inspection and analysis were carried out in two aspects of governor system and runner,and the main cause of runner piston oil was found out,and a countermeasure of“one sealing type+two guiding rings”was given to the sealing device of the runner.After the implementation of good results,can provide reference for the same industry to deal with such problems in the future.
