摘 要:详细研究了数控机床的工作原理和尺寸不稳定性故障的成因。深入分析了机床磨损、操作误差、刀具磨损、材料特性变化等因素对加工精度影响。研究结果表明,该系统能有效地诊断和处理数控机床加工中的尺寸不稳定性故障,提升加工精度与稳定性,对提高数控机床运行效率与加工质量具有重要的理论和实际应用价值。The working principle of CNC machine tool and the cause of dimensional instability fault are studied in detail.The influences of machine tool wear,operating error,tool wear and material characteristic change on machining accuracy were analyzed.The results show that the system can effectively diagnose and deal with the dimensional instability fault in NC machine tool machining,improve the machining accuracy and stability,and has important theoretical and practical application value for improving the running efficiency and machining quality of NC machine tool.
