摘  要:针对电厂135TSB型水泵在运行过程中持续漏液、阀杆断裂、平衡盘断裂等问题,对异常原因进行了分析。通过对密封结构优化、解体大修等、加工工艺改善等方式进行了调整,根据对大修后6个月水泵运行情况进行统计,优化后水泵未再出现漏液、阀杆断裂、平衡盘断裂等,极大地提升了电厂水泵的运行稳定性和可靠性。In view of the continuous leakage of 135TSB type water pump in power plant,valve stem fracture,balance plate fracture and other problems during operation,the abnormal causes were analyzed.Through the adjustment of seal structure optimization,disassembly overhaul,processing technology improvement and other ways,according to the statistics of the operation of the pump six months after the overhaul,the optimized pump did not leak,valve stem fracture,balance plate fracture,etc.,which greatly improved the operation stability and reliability of the power plant pump.
