摘 要:为进一步探究煤矿液压支架操纵阀泄漏故障的有效处理,以某煤矿企业液压支架中的ZC型操纵阀为例,针对其泄漏故障问题,通过实际观察和频谱信号分析两方面着手,确定该操纵阀存在的具体泄漏故障类型及严重程度。在此基础上,结合实际情况,采用在每一组操纵阀前加一个常闭截止阀,并将其安装在阀组首片的方式对操纵阀结构进行优化,从实际应用效果来看,泄漏故障问题得到有效解决。In order to further explore the effective treatment of coal mine hydraulic bracket manipulator valve leakage faults,take the ZC type manipulator valve in the hydraulic bracket of a coal mine enterprise as an example,for its leakage fault problem,through the actual observation and spectral signal analysis,to determine the specific type of leakage faults and the severity of the manipulator valve.On this basis,combined with the actual situation,the use of each group of manipulating valves in front of a normally closed shut-off valve,and will be installed in the first piece of the valve group to optimize the structure of the manipulating valve,from the practical application effect,the leakage failure problem has been effectively solved.
