摘  要:通过外加碳源试验研究不同种类有机碳源对厌氧氨氧化过程的影响,采用三维荧光光谱与平行因子分析对厌氧氨氧化反应器出水的荧光组分进行解析。结果表明:低浓度有机碳源能够消耗体系中多余的电子供体,有利于增强厌氧氨氧化菌活性,随着有机碳源浓度的不断升高,反硝化菌活性逐渐增强。4种有机碳源对厌氧氨氧化菌的抑制作用为葡萄糖>乙酸钠>淀粉>丙酸钠。平行因子分析表明,类蛋白质和类富里酸为反应器出水中主要荧光组分,后期类蛋白质增加并成为主要荧光物质。The effects of adding different organic carbon sources on anammox process were studied through experiments.The fluorescence components in the effluent from an anammox reactor were analyzed by three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy and parallel factor analysis.The results indicated that low concentration of organic carbon source could consume excess electron donors in the system,which was conducive to enhancing the activity of anammox bacteria.With the increasing concentration of organic carbon source,the activity of denitrifying bacteria gradually increased.The inhibitory effects of the four types of organic carbon sources on anammox ranked in descending order as glucose,sodium acetate,starch and sodium propionate.The results of parallel factor analysis showed that proteinoid and fulvic acid were the main fluorescent components in the effluent from the reactor,and proteinoid increased and became the main fluorescent substances in the later stage.
