摘　　要：本文围绕HXN5型内燃机车油量检测不准的问题展开研究。详细阐述了国内外相关研究现状及存在的问题,深入探讨了课题研究内容及装置的总体设计,包括传感器的选型与安装、核心显示终端的设计、校准软件的开发以及关键技术的应用等。通过样机测试与现场运用,验证了该油位检测装置的准确性和可靠性。该装置的成功应用为提高机车运行安全性、提升燃油交接效率以及优化司机绩效考核等方面提供了有力保障。This paper conducts research on the problem of inaccurate oil quantity detection of HXN5 diesel locomotives.It elaborates in detail on the research status at home and abroad and the existing problems,and deeply explores the research content of the subject and the overall design of the device,including the selection and installation of sensors,the design of the core display terminal,the development of calibration software,and the application of key technologies.Through prototype testing and on-site operation,the accuracy and reliability of the oil level detection device have been verified.The successful application of this device provides a strong guarantee for improving the operational safety of locomotives,enhancing the efficiency of fuel transfer,and optimizing the performance assessment of drivers.
