从《伤寒论》三阴经辨证论治甲状腺功能减退症

摘　　要：甲状腺功能减退症是甲状腺激素合成分泌不足或甲状腺激素生理效应不足而导致的全身代谢性疾病,属于传统中医学“虚劳”“虚损”“瘿劳”范畴。从《伤寒论》六经辨证论治的角度来看,甲状腺功能减退症的发生发展等与三阴经密切相关。在《伤寒论》的指导下,结合甲状腺功能减退症的临床表现、病因病机,将甲状腺功能减退症早、中、晚期对应三阴经太阴里证、少阴寒化证、厥阴病证,采用中医的整体观念和辨证论治原则给予不同治法、方药进行治疗。Hypothyroidism is a systemic metabolic disease caused by insufficient synthesis and secretion of thyroid hormones or insufficient physiological effects of thyroid hormones,which belongs to the categories of"Xulao(deficiency)","Xusun(chronic consumptive conditions)",and"Yinglao(hypothyroidism)"in Chinese medicine.From the perspective of pattern differentiation of six meridians in the Shang Han Lun(Treatise on Cold Damage),the occurrence and development of hypothyroidism are closely related to the condition of the three yin meridians.Under the guidance of this book,taking the clinical manifestations,etiology and pathogenesis of hypothyroidism into consideration,this paper has concluded that the early,middle,and late stages of hypothyroidism correspond to Taiyin interior pattern,Shaoyin cold transformation pattern,and Jueyin pattern of the three yin meridians,respectively,and different treatment methods and formulas should be selected based on the holistic concept and the principle of pattern differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine.
