马王堆医学相关大健康产品研究现状及思考

摘　　要：梳理了自二十世纪七十年代马王堆医书出土以来其衍生大健康产品的研究现状,主要包括中成药古汉养生精、资阳固本胶囊、养心定悸膏、西汉古酒,养生用品养身枕、古方香袋,以及融合马王堆医学元素的家居、文创产品。研究发现,古汉养生精临床疗效突出,作用机制研究较多;其他产品临床应用及基础研究相对较少。未来应加强马王堆医学基础研究,开发具有文化内涵和保健功能的新产品;运用数字技术传承创新马王堆医学文化;构建创新链、产业链、价值链三链深度融合的马王堆医学产业新生态,助力大健康产业高质量发展。This article reviews the research status of Mawangdui medical books-derived comprehensive healthcare products since their excavation in the 1970s.The main products include Chinese patent medicines such as Guhan Yangsheng Jing,Ziyang Guben Formula,Yangxin Dingji Extract,and Xihan Ancient Wine,as well as health products like health pillows and ancient formula sachets.Additionally,there are home and cultural creative products integrated with Mawangdui medical elements.Research findings indicated that Guhan Yangsheng Jing has demonstrated outstanding clinical efficacy,with extensive studies on its mechanisms of action.In contrast,other products have relatively fewer clinical applications and foundational research.In the future,it is essential to strengthen foundational research on Mawangdui medicine,develop new products with cultural significance and health benefits,utilize digital technologies to innovate and preserve Mawangdui medical culture,and promote integrated development with tourism,catering,and other industries to advance the high-quality growth of the comprehensive healthcare industry.
