一款面霜在非剥脱点阵激光术后修护效果的半脸随机对照试验

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在评估一款含积雪草叶提取物的舒缓修护面霜在非剥脱点阵激光术后对皮肤修护和舒缓的效果。方法本研究采用单中心、随机、半脸对照试验设计,共纳入32例25~60岁的中国受试者。受试者在接受非剥脱点阵激光治疗后,面部一侧(试验侧)使用试验产品,另一侧为对照侧使用对照产品。通过测量a*值、红区面积占比、红斑指数(erythema index,EI)、角质层含水量、经皮水分流失率(transepidermal water loss,TEWL),以及皮肤科医生评估和受试者自我评估的方式,对受试者两侧脸的皮肤状态进行了为期7 d的跟踪评估。结果在应用产品后的各个随访时间点,试验侧的a*值、红区面积占比、EI值、TEWL值均显著低于对照侧(P<0.05),而角质层含水量显著高于对照侧(P<0.05)。此外,医生评估的结果表明两款产品都具有较好的安全性。受试者的自我评估结果表明,试验侧在舒缓泛红、紧绷、刺激、瘙痒、刺痛、灼热等方面有着更快且更明显的改善效果。结论研究证实试验产品在非剥脱点阵激光术后对Fitzpatrick皮肤分型为Ⅲ~Ⅳ型的中国人群具有显著的修护和舒缓效果。相较于基础保湿产品,该面霜能有效改善皮肤泛红,舒缓术后面部不适,修护皮肤屏障,且安全性良好,受试者满意度高,有望成为光电术后护理领域的新选择。Objective This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of a soothing and repairing facial cream containing Centella asiatica leaf extract on skin repair and soothing after non-ablative fractional laser treatment,comparing with a basic moisturizer.Methods This was a single-center,randomized,half-face controlled study,enrolling 32 Chinese subjects aged 25-60.After non-ablative fractional laser treatment,one side(test side)of the subjects′faces was treated with the test product,and the other side(control side)with the control product.The skin conditions on both sides of the subjects′faces were evaluated for 7 days by measuring the a*value,facial red area ratio,erythema index(EI),stratum corneum hydration,transepidermal water loss(TEWL),dermatologist assessments,and subject self-assessments.Results The study results showed that at every follow-up time points after product application,the a*value,facial red area ratio,EI,and TEWL on the test side were significantly lower than on the control side(P<0.05),while the stratum corneum hydration was significantly higher on the test side(P<0.05).Additionally,dermatologist assessments indicated that both products had good safety profiles.Subject self-assessments revealed that the test side showed faster and more noticeable improvements in soothing redness,tightness,irritation,itching,stinging,and burning.Conclusion This study confirms that the test product has significant repairing and soothing effects on Chinese individuals with Fitzpatrick skin typesⅢ-Ⅳafter non-ablative fractional laser treatment.Compared to basic moisturizing products,the facial cream effectively improves skin redness,soothes postoperative facial discomfort,repairs the skin barrier,and has a good safety profile with high subject satisfaction,making it a promising new option in the field of post-photoelectric surgery care.
