摘  要:通过拉伸试验机、SEM、TEM等试验设备对Al-Cu-Mn-RE(La/Ce)合金的组织及耐热性能进行研究,结果显示:通过热力学软件Thermo-Calc计算的固相线温度值可为合金固溶处理温度选取提供参考;200℃热暴露100 h后室温强度为224.2 MPa,350℃热暴露100 h后的室温强度仍有195.0 MPa;经300℃热暴露后的组织抵抗整体变形能力增加,断裂模式更趋于韧性断裂;热处理态合金在时效过程中沉淀析出纳米级Al2Cu相、Al20Cu2Mn3相和Al3Zr相等第二相,耐热相数量增多,弥散分布程度增大,单相、共晶相等第二相产生畸变且被位错围绕,极好地钉扎基体与阻碍位错运动,使合金保持较好的高温抗变形性能。The microstructure and heat resistance of Al-Cu-Mn-RE(La/Ce)alloy were studied by tensile testing machine,SEM,TEM,and other test equipmert.The results show that the solid-phase temperature calculated by Thermo-Calc can provide reference for the selection of solid-solution treatment temperature of the alloy.After 100 h of thermal exposure at 200℃,the maximum room temperature strength is 224.2 MPa,and after 100 h of thermal exposure at 350℃,the room temperature strength is still 195.0 MPa.The resistance to overall deformation of the structure strengthened by thermal exposure at 300℃ increases,and the fracture mode tendes to be ductile fracture.During the ageing process of the heat-treated alloy,nanoscale Al_(2)Cu phase,Al_(20)Cu_(2)Mn_(3) phase,Al_(3)Zr phase and other second phases are deposited,the number of heat resistance phases increases and the degree of dispersion increases,and the second phase such as single-phase and eutectic phase is distorted and surrounded by dislocation,which perfectly pins the matrix and hinders the dislocation movement,so that the alloy maintains good high temperature deformation resistance.
