粗晶对铝合金型材弯曲成形开裂影响

摘  要:对6061铝合金进行Cr成分调整,采用不同的挤压速度和冷却方式,研究合金成分与挤压工艺对型材断面粗晶的影响,以及粗晶对型材后期弯曲成形工艺的影响。结果表明,Cr元素可细化晶粒,形成的弥散相起到钉扎作用,阻碍晶界的迁移,但是不合理的挤压参数也会导致挤压比大和受摩擦作用严重的位置晶粒异常长大,致使样品弯曲受力过程中沿晶开裂。Cr composition adjustment was carried out on 6061 aluminium alloy,and different extrusion speeds and cooling methods were used to study the effects of alloy composition and extrusion process on the coarse grain of the profile section,as well as the influence of coarse grain on the later bending forming process of the profile.The results indicate that the Cr element refines the grain and forms a dispersed phase that plays a pinning role,hindering the migration of grain boundaries.However,unreasonable extrusion parameters can also lead to abnormal grain growth in areas with high extrusion ratios and severe friction,resulting in intergranular cracking of the sample during bending and stress processes.
