摘 要:利用扫描电镜、光学显微镜、电导率仪和万能材料试验机等设备,研究Sr对新能源汽车复合板用4004铝合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,变质前后包覆层4004铝合金组织和性能发生显著变化。随着Sr元素质量分数的不断增加,铝合金中的Si相由块状或长条状变成细小的纤维状。当Sr元素质量分数为0.04%时,共晶Si颗粒细小,变质效果最好。随Sr元素质量分数的增加,合金的电导率和力学性能呈先增加后减小的变化趋势。当Sr元素质量分数为0.04%时,4004铝合金的电导率和力学性能最优,此时合金的电导率、抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为38.33%IACS、172 MPa、151 MPa和14.9%,与未变质时相比,分别提高了6.83%、39.8%、43.8%和190%。总之,当Sr元素质量分数为0.04%时,4004铝合金的综合性能最佳。The effects of Sr on the microstructure and property of 4004 aluminium alloy for new energy vehicle composite panels were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy,optical microscopy,conductivity meter,and universal material testing machine.The results show that the microstructure and property of the coated 4004 aluminium alloy change significantly before and after the modification process.With the increasing of Sr element mass foraction,Si phase in aluminium alloy changes from block or long strip to fine fiber.When the Sr element mass fraction is 0.04%,the eutectic Si particles are fine and the modification effect is the best.With the increase of Sr element mass fraction,the conductivity and mechanical property of the alloy increase first and then decrease.When Sr element mass fraction is 0.04%,the electrical conductivity and mechanical property of 4004 aluminium alloy are the best.At this time,the electrical conductivity,tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the alloy are 38.33% IACS,172 MPa,151 MPa and 14.9%,respectively.The corresponding increases are 6.83%,39.8%,43.8% and 190% when compared to the non-modified condition.In short,when the Sr element mass fraction is 0.04%,the comprehensive property of 4004 aluminium alloy is the best.
