摘  要:铝合金挤压型材牵引中断时主要采用中断锯,但使用过程中易产生较多的铝屑及锯切噪声等明显问题。为解决这些问题,设计开发采用剪切形式的中断剪装备。首先基于万能试验机分析得到了型材剪切力的大小,确定其可行性;其次匹配牵引机设计了结构、液压、电气控制系统;最后进行了试制及装配调试。结果显示,所设计的中断剪具备一定的安全系数,适配于挤压光伏铝型材的牵引中断工艺,具备推广意义。In order to solve the problem of more aluminium chips and obvious cutting noise caused by the interrupt saw mainly used in the traction interruption of aluminium alloy extruded profiles,a shear interrupt cutting equipment was designed and developed.Firstly,based on the universal testing machine,the shear force of the profile was obtained,and its feasibility was determined.Secondly,the structure,hydraulic and electrical control system of the matching tractor was designed.Finally,the trial production and assembly were carried out.The results show that the designed shear has a certain safety factor,which is suitable for the traction interrupt process of extruding photovoltaic aluminium profiles,and has popularization significance.
