摘 要:针对3mm厚6005A-T6铝合金进行单层单道搅拌摩擦增材制造研究,探究增材工具的旋转速度及行进速度对单层单道增材制造后界面迁移高度、宽度及增材成形内部质量的具体影响规律。结果表明:界面迁移高度及宽度随着旋转速度的增加而增大后逐渐趋于平稳,随着增材工具行进速度的增加而减小后逐渐趋于平稳。当行进速度保持不变,旋转速度为1050 r/min时,后退侧界面迁移高度为1.35 mm,迁移宽度为4.65 mm,有效增材宽度为4.11 mm;当旋转速度保持不变,行进速度为400mm/min时,界面迁移高度为0.4mm,迁移宽度为2.8mm。The effect of the rotation speed and travel speed of the additive tool on the height and width of the interface migration and the internal quality of the additive molding after the single-layer and single-pass additive manufacturing of 6005A-T6 aluminium alloy with the thickness of 3 mm was investigated.The results show:The height and width of interface migration increase with the increase of rotation speed and gradually become stable,but decrease with the increase of the travel speed of the tool and gradually become stable.When the travel speed remains unchanged and the rotation speed is 1050 r/min,the height and width of interface migration on the backward side are 1.35 mm and 4.65 mm.The effective additive width is 4.11 mm.When the rotation speed remains unchanged and the travel speed is 400 mm/min,the interface migration height is 0.4 mm and the interface migration width is 2.8 mm.
