摘　　要：铝箔轧制油在铝及铝合金冷压延中起着重要作用,其洁净度对于铝箔表面质量有着重要影响。通过对冷压延中轧制油过滤前后的油品进行取样、分析,并结合一般性油品质量判定方法和轧制油普适性过滤过程,得出铝箔轧制油洁净度控制的一般性原理和准则。Aluminium foil rolling oil plays an important role in the cold rolling of aluminium and aluminium alloys,and its cleanliness has an important effect on the surface quality of aluminium foil.By sampling and analyzing the oil before and after the rolling oil filtra⁃tion in cold rolling,and combining the general oil quality judgment method and the general rolling oil filtration process,the general principle and criterion of the cleanliness control of aluminium foil rolling oil are obtained.
