构建大物流体系助推经济高质量发展的实现路径

摘　　要：物流作为支撑国民经济发展的先导性、基础性、战略性产业,是推动经济高质量发展必不可少的力量。合肥市在物流体系建设中尚存在通道不畅、枢纽功能有待加强、运输结构单一等问题。借鉴国内外先发地区做法及经验,合肥市应在编制规划,加强顶层设计;提档升级,完善物流基础设施;借助科技,提高物流智慧化;健全机制,加强政策保障等方面持续努力,以期为城市构建大物流体系建设提供借鉴。Logistics,as a leading,foundational,and strategic industry supporting the national economy,is an indispensable force in promoting high-quality economic development.There are still some problems in the logistics system construction of Hefei City,such as poor channel,hub function to be strengthened,and single transportation structure.Drawing on the practice and experience of domestic and foreign pioneer areas,Hefei City should take some measures as follows:making the planning and strengthening the top-level design;upgrading and improving logistics infrastructure;with the help of science and technology,improving logistics intelligence;improving the mechanism,and strengthening the policy guarantee and other suggestions.The above may provide reference for the construction of large logistics system in cities.
