摘　　要：坚持稳中求进是推动金融高质量发展的总基调。坚持稳中求进推动金融高质量发展,要从理论维度、历史维度和现实维度全面把握其重大意义;要深刻理解稳中求进的丰富内涵,稳是大局和基础,进是方向和动力,把握稳和进的内在辩证统一关系;要遵循坚持党对金融工作的领导作为根本保证、防范化解金融风险作为基本前提、深化金融体制改革作为强大动力、坚持将“引进来”和“走出去”相结合的实践路径,实现金融高质量发展。Adhering to stability and seeking progress while maintaining stability is the general tone of promoting high-quality financial development.We must insist on making progress while maintaining stability to promote high-quality financial development,and grasp its significance comprehensively from theoretical,historical and realistic dimensions.We should have a deep understanding of the rich connotation of seeking progress while maintaining stability.Stability is the overall situation and foundation,progress is the direction and driving force.There are the internal dialectical unity relationship between stability and progress.It is necessary to adhere to the Party’s leadership over financial work as the fundamental guarantee,prevent and resolve financial risks as a basic premise,deepen the reform of the financial system as a powerful driving force,and adhere to the combination of“bringing in”and“going out”to achieve high-quality financial development.
