摘　　要：生态文明法治是生态文明的法治形态,是生态文明与法治文明的有机融合。近年来新疆不断探索法治保障生态文明建设方式方法,以完善文明建设相关法律制度,铁腕治污、强力执法,强化生态司法保护,增强全民生态保护法治意识为抓手,构建完备的生态文明法治保障体系,为护航美丽新疆建设提供了有力法治保障。牢固树立“以人民为中心”的理念、建立协同共治的生态治理模式、建立健全系统完整的生态文明制度、建立与时俱进的动态司法救济机制、探索生态保护修复机制、加强跨区域协作机制是新疆在生态文明法治建设中积累的宝贵经验,为美丽中国建设提供了市域层面的样本。The rule of law of ecological civilization is the legal form of ecological civilization,reptesenting the organic integration of ecological civilization and legal civilization.In recent years,Xinjiang has been exploring ways and means to ensure the construction of ecological civilization under the rule of law.By improving the legal system related to the construction of ecological civilization,controlling pollution with an iron fist,enforcing law enforcement,strengthening ecological judicial protection,and enhancing the public’s awareness of the rule of law in ecological protection,it has built a complete legal guarantee system for ecological civilization,providing a strong legal guarantee for the construction of a beautiful Xinjiang.This paper shows the practical measures:firmly establishing the concept of“putting the people at the center”,a collaborative ecological governance model,a sound and complete ecological civilization system,and a dynamic judicial relief mechanism that keeps pace with the times,exploring ecological protection and restoration mechanisms,and strengthening cross-regional cooperation mechanisms,which are valuable experiences accumulated by Xinjiang in the construction of legal ecological civilization,providing a city level sample for the construction of a beautiful China.
