数字经济与农业发展协调性分析——以新疆为例

摘　　要：在当代农业转型升级中,传统农业面临着信息不对称、地域性强、技术支持不足等问题,而数字经济为农业发展注入动力,二者协调发展是现代农业新机遇。本文基于新疆2004—2023年宏观数据,构建数字经济与农业发展的综合评价指标系统,通过耦合协调度模型、灰色关联模型,实证分析新疆数字经济与农业发展的协调性、数字经济对影响农业发展的主要因素。研究发现:(1) 2004—2023年新疆数字经济与农业发展综合评价指数发展态势良好,耦合协调等级整体呈现上升趋势。(2)数字经济指标与农业发展历年灰色关联系数均高于0.6,灰色关联度从大到小排序是数字基础资源、数字化应用、数字经济创新能力、数字经济社会化效益,前三者对农业发展具有强关联性。In the transformation and upgrading of contemporary agriculture,traditional agriculture is faced with problems,such as asymmetric information,strong regionalism,insufficient technical support.But the digital economy is injecting impetus into agricultural development and the coordinated development of them is a new opportunity for modern agriculture.Based on the macro data of Xinjiang from 2004 to 2023,this thesis constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of digital economy and agricultural development,and empirically analyzes the coordination of digital economy and agricultural development in Xinjiang and the main factors of digital economy affecting agricultural development through coupling coordination degree model and grey relation model.The findings are as follows:(1)From 2004 to 2023,the comprehensive evaluation index of digital economy and agricultural development in Xinjiang shows a good momentum of development and the coupling coordination level between the two systems showes an overall upward trend.(2)The grey correlation coefficient between digital economy index and agricultural development over the years is higher than 0.6.The grey correlation degree is ranked from largest to smallest as digital basic resources,digital application,digital economy innovation ability,and digital economy socialization benefits,and the first three are strongly related to agricultural development.
