摘　　要：本文基于我国2011—2022年各省份粮食安全与农业保险的面板数据,构建了粮食安全评价指标体系,使用熵值法对三大粮食生产区域内各省份的粮食安全水平进行评价得分;同时利用固定效应模型,实证检验了农业保险对粮食安全的影响效果。一是农业保险对粮食安全起到正向保障作用,不仅能够带来粮食产量的提升,还能够保障粮食的营养性安全与基础性安全;二是三大粮食生产区域的粮食安全水平存在差异,三者的粮食安全评价得分排序为:粮食主产区>粮食产销平衡区>粮食主销区;三是农业保险对三大粮食生产区域的异质性作用较小。基于以上的研究成果,本文提出粮食安全要实现营养性、基础性、总体性的协同发展,农业保险保障粮食安全的作用路径需要政府、保险公司、农民三方共同承担责任,实现保障路径的优化。To study the effect of agricultural insurance on food security,and explore the optimal path for agricultural insurance to improve the level of food security.Based on the panel data of food security and agricultural insurance of each province in China from 2011 to 2022,this paper constructed the food security evaluation index system,and used the entropy method to evaluate the food security level of each province in the three major grain production regions.At the same time,the fixed effect model is used to empirically test the effect of agricultural insurance on food security.First,agricultural insurance plays a positive role in ensuring food security,which can not only increase grain output,but also guarantee the nutritional security and basic security of food.Second,there are differences in the food security levels of the three major grain production areas.The food security evaluation scores of the three areas are as follows:main grain production area>balanced grain production and marketing area>main grain marketing area;Third,the heterogeneity effect of agricultural insurance on the three major grain producing regions is small.Based on the above research results,this paper proposes that food security should achieve nutritional,basic and overall coordinated development,and the role path of agricultural insurance to ensure food security needs the joint responsibility of the government,insurance companies and farmers to realize the optimization of the guarantee path.
