摘　　要：针对新能源渗透率高和电力市场化改革造成的配电网电压不稳定与经济性差问题,提出含智能软开关新能源配电系统的电压治理与经济协同调控方法。首先,提出基于模型预测控制的多时间尺度柔性配电系统优化调度框架;其次,建立基于电压稳定约束的柔性配电系统日前、日内两阶段电压治理与经济协同优化模型;再次,采用线性化和二阶锥转化方法将原非凸模型线性化;最后,通过IEEE-33节点系统进行仿真,验证了所提策略对配电网电压稳定性和经济性提升的有效性。To solve the problems of voltage instability and poor economic efficiency in distribution network caused by the high penetration rate of renewable energy and the electricity marketization reform,a voltage regulation and econom-ic coordinated control method for distribution systems with renewable energy and soft open points is proposed in this pa-per.First,based on the model predictive control,an optimal scheduling framework for a multi-timescale flexible distri-bution system is put forward.Second,based on the voltage stability constraints,a two-stage(day-ahead and intraday)voltage regulation and economic coordinated optimization model of the flexible distribution system is established.Third,the original nonconvex model is linearized by using the linearization and second-order cone relaxation methods.Finally,an IEEE 33-node system is simulated to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in improving the voltage stabili-ty and economy of distribution network.
