摘 要:针对高比例分布式新能源接入导致配电网系统能量出现时空维度下的不平衡问题,提出考虑旋转潮流控制器和需求响应的配电网新能源承载能力评估方法。首先,构建新型电力系统下的旋转潮流控制器和需求响应模型。其次,建立分布式新能源承载力的双层优化模型,在该模型中,上层旨在最大化配电网对新能源的承载能力,优化新能源接入容量;下层旨在最小化系统的综合运行费用,调节各设备运行出力。然后,采用基于灰狼算法和二阶锥规划的混合优化算法进行求解,通过引入二阶锥松弛将优化问题转化为混合整数二阶锥规划问题。最后,采用IEEE33节点系统作为仿真算例,对不同场景下的承载力双层优化模型进行分析验证。结果表明,考虑需求响应措施和旋转潮流控制器的投入可以提高配电网的新能源承载力水平。In response to the temporal and spatial imbalance issues arising from the high penetration of distributed new energy(DNE)into distribution network systems,a method for assessing the hosting capacity of DNE in distribution net-work is proposed considering rotary power flow controllers and demand response.First,the models for rotary power flow controllers and demand response are constructed within the framework of a novel power system.Second,a dual-layer op-timization model for the hosting capacity of DNE is established,in which the upper layer aims to maximize the hosting capacity of DNE in the distribution network by optimizing the capacity for DNE integration,while the lower layer aims to minimize the overall operational cost of the system by adjusting the output from various devices.Third,a hybrid opti-mization algorithm based on the grey wolf optimization and second-order cone programming is employed to solve the opti-mization problem,in which the problem is transformed into mixed integer second-order cone programming by introduc-ing second-order cone relaxation.Finally,an IEEE 33-node system is used as a simulation example,and the dual-layer optimization model for hosting capacity is analyzed and validated under different scenarios.Results indicate that the in-clusion of demand response measures and rotary power flow controllers can enhance the hosting capacity of DNE in the distribution network.
