摘  要:针对万千瓦级大容量且调节能力较强的梯级水电站打捆风光新能源外送的规划建设问题,提出一种考虑收益的水-风-光多能互补清洁能源送出方案。首先,较为全面地考虑水电调节能力、系统弃风弃光限值、多能互补系统调节能力,从而对水电站打捆风光新能源进行配置能力分析;其次,以财务评价指标为依据,确定多能互补方案打捆规模,拟定运行投资成本较少的汇集方案;最后,以某实际水电站接入风光新能源为例,对该水电站打捆风光新能源方案进行分析,并对拟定方案进行校核。结果表明,所拟定的汇集送出方案满足送电需求且能保证系统安全平稳运行,验证了所提方案的有效性和可行性。Aimed at the planning and construction of a terraced hydropower station with 10000 kW capacity and strong regulation capacity when bundling new energy including wind and photovoltaic(PV)for power transmission,a transmis-sion scheme for the water wind-PV multi-energy complementary clean energy considering revenues is proposed in this paper.First,the hydropower regulation capacity,wind and PV abandonment limits,and the regulation capacity of the multi-en-ergy complementary system are fully considered,and the allocation capability of the hydropower station when bundling wind and PV is analyzed accordingly.Second,based on the financial evaluation indexes,the bundled scale under the multi-energy complementary scheme is determined,so that an aggregation scheme with less operation and investment cost is for-mulated.Finally,an actual hydropower station with the access of wind and PV is taken as an example,the scheme under which the hydropower station bundles wind and PV is analyzed,and the formulated scheme is further calibrated.Results show that the formulated aggregation and transmission scheme can meet the demand for power transmission while ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the system,thereby verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme.
