摘 要:针对跟网型风电机组“虚拟惯性常数”无法聚合求解系统等效惯性常数以及不能构建完整的SFR模型问题,提出跟网型风电机组“虚拟惯性常数”常数化计算方法。首先,建立具有最相近风机转子动能变化量的目标函数,并考虑动能变化关键节点和动能变化动态过程的约束条件。其次,根据虚拟惯量响应过程动能变化阶段相异特征,分段求解具有“等效惯量和能量支撑”效果的常数化“虚拟惯性常数”,实现系统等效惯性常数的可聚合求解。最后,通过建立系统频率响应模型,结合时域仿真法和相关评价指标验证了计算结果的精确性。Given the problem that the“virtual inertia constant”of grid-following wind turbines cannot be aggregated to solve the equivalent inertia constant of a system and the complete system frequency response(SFR)model cannot be constructed,a constantized calculation method of“virtual inertia constant”for grid-following wind turbines is proposed.First,an objective function with the kinetic energy change of the closest wind turbine rotor is established,and the con-straint conditions for the key nodes and dynamic process of kinetic energy change are considered.Second,according to different characteristics of the stages of kinetic energy change during the virtual inertia response process,the constan-tized“virtual inertia constant”with an effect of“equivalent inertia and energy support”is solved in sections to achieve an aggregated solution of the system equivalent inertia constant.Finally,through the establishment of an SFR model,the accuracy of calculation results is verified by combining the time-domain simulation method and relevant evaluation indexes.
