卫星遥感数据磁盘阵列故障检修和数据恢复的研究

摘  要:随着低轨遥感卫星数量的快速增加,卫星地面站需要接收大量光学、电子、雷达等载荷的卫星遥感数据。同时卫星遥感数据下传通道数量和下传速率不断增加(最多可达4个通道,最大速率可达2.0 Gb/s),对存储卫星遥感数据的磁盘阵列稳定运行和安全性能提出了更高要求。通过分析6种独立磁盘冗余阵列(Redundant Arrays of Independent Disk,RAID)的优缺点,给出了不同RAID模式适合存储的卫星遥感数据类型;针对实际使用的ThinkSystem DE4000H存储型磁盘阵列,介绍了其硬件组成、管理软件、RAID配置和卷组信息;结合RAID 5模式磁盘阵列同时出现2块硬盘故障的真实案例,详细介绍了命令行工具安装步骤、使用命令修复硬盘状态和数据恢复的方法,为同类型磁盘阵列运行维护、故障解决和数据恢复提供了参考。With the rapid growth in the number of low orbit remote sensing satellites,ground stations need to receive a large amount of remote sensing data from optical,electronic,radar and other payloads of satellite.Transmission channels and rates of satellite remote sensing data continue to increase,with a maximum speed of 2.0 Gb/s and 4 channels,which poses higher requirements for the stable operation and security performance of Redundant Arrays of Independent Disk(RAID)to store satellite remote sensing data.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of 6 different RAID modes,and provides a plan for remote sensing data storage.The RAID with ThinkSystem DE4000H model is introduced,which includes hardware composition,management software,RAID configuration,and volume group information.Based on a real case of two hard disks failure occurring simultaneously in RAID 5,this paper provides a detailed introduction about the installation steps of command line tools,the commands for repairing hard disks status,and the methods of data recovery.It provides a reference for operation,maintenance,and data recovery of the same type RAID.
