数字化转型与企业高质量创新——基于突破式创新视角的分析与论证

摘　　要：在我国面临加快形成新质生产力的要求与努力突破科技封锁的需要这种双重压力下,探究如何提升企业的创新质量既是发展需要也是现实要求。本文从突破式创新视角出发理解高质量创新,引入了一个全新的衡量企业突破式创新水平的方法,并运用2010—2021年我国A股上市公司数据实证探讨了数字化转型对企业高质量创新的影响。研究发现:首先,数字化转型能够显著地提升企业突破式创新水平,并且这种影响具有时间上的持续性,该结果在考虑内生性问题以及进行了一系列稳健性检验后依然成立;其次,数字化转型能够通过降低代理成本、优化人力资本结构以及促进企业内部资源整合能力这三条途径来提升创新质量;最后,数字化转型对企业突破式创新的促进效应在国企、资本技术密集型企业以及中小型企业内更加明显。本文的研究进一步拓展对于数字化转型与企业创新相关领域的研究,并为我国企业数字化转型提供了有益借鉴。Under the double pressure of the requirement of accelerating the formation of new quality productivity and the need to strive to break through the scientific and technological blockade,it is both a developmental and practical requirement to explore how to improve the quality of innovation in enterprises.This paper understands high-quality innovation from the perspective of breakthrough innovation,introduces a new method to measure the level of breakthrough innovation of enterprises,and empirically explores the impact of digital transformation on high-quality innovation of enterprises using the data of China’s A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2021.The study finds that:firstly,digital transformation can significantly improve the level of breakthrough innovation of enterprises,and this effect is time persistent,which still holds after considering the endogeneity problem and conducting a series of robustness tests;secondly,digital transformation can improve the quality of innovation through three ways:reducing the agency cost,optimizing the structure of human capital,and facilitating the ability of internal resource integration of enterprises;Finally,the effect of digital transformation on breakthrough innovation is more obvious in SOEs,capital-and technology-intensive firms,and small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).The research in this paper further expands the research on digital transformation and enterprise innovation,and provides useful reference for the digital transformation of enterprises in China.
