摘 要:采用Fluent中标准k-ε湍流模型对节流阀不同开度下的阀内流场进行数值模拟,分析了其流量特性曲线,基于Q准则揭示了流场的漩涡分布,利用Mixture多相流模型研究气液两相流下节流阀的空化现象,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:仿真与试验结果基本一致,阀内左侧空腔中的3个较大回旋旋涡造成了能量损失,主要的空化区域位于阀座上表面。最后对油田注水井节流阀流道结构优化提出了建议。The standard k-εturbulence model in Fluent is used to numerically simulate the flow field in the throttlevalve with different opening degrees.The flow characteristic curve is analyzed.The vortex distribution of the flow ield is revealed based on the Q criterion.The cavitation phenomenon of the throttle valve under vapor and liquid two-phase flow is studied by using Mixture multiphase flow model and verified by experiments.The results show that the simulation results are basically consistent withthe test results.There are three large swirling vortices in the left cavity of the valve,which causes energy loss;The main cavitation area is located on the upper surface of the valve seat.Some suggestions are also provided foithe optimization of throttle channel structure of oil iniection well.
