摘 要:针对当前离散制造车间中监控透明度低、方式单一、实时性差等问题,提出了一种基于数字孪生的离散车间可视化体系架构和技术路线。采用基于实时数据驱动的数字孪生车间体系,详细阐述了高保真映射的虚拟车间模型的构建、孪生数据的实时交互架构和面向真实物理行为的动作映射机制等关键技术。设计开发了车间可视化监控系统,并以实验室车间为应用对象验证了其可行性。Aiming at the problems of low transparency,single mode and poor real-time performance of monitoring in discrete manufacturing workshop,a visualization architecture and technical route of discrete workshop based on digital twin are proposed.The digital twin workshop system based on real-time data drive is adopted.On this basis,the key technologies such as the construction of virtual workshop model with high fidelity mapping,the real-time interactive architecture of twin data and the action mapping mechanism for real physical behavior are described in detail.The visual monitoring system of workshop is designed and developed,and its feasibility is verified by taking the laboratory workshop as the application object.
