摘 要:针对激光单线扫描规划路线冗余、外表面光滑程度较低的问题,设计电力设备绝缘外表面激光单线扫描除锈系统。首先选择激光器,设计电气控制装置内部结构。然后建立精准光束瞄准模型,引入BP神经网络,获取输入层、隐含层、输出层之间的函数关系,同时计算所有输入值在函数内的传递误差,控制激光单线扫描光束,完成外表面激光单线扫描除锈。实验结果表明,在扫描速度为500、1000、1500 mm/s情况下,该除锈系统可以除去金属锈蚀,但是不同参数下除锈能力有较大差异。该除锈系统所得到的金属样品质量减少值小于机械除锈,具备更强的防腐性,且表面更加光滑,除锈性能更好。It designs a laser single line scanning rust removal system for the insulation outer surface of power equipment to address the issues of redundant planning routes and low surface smoothness in laser single line scanning.It uses a laser to design the internal structure of the electrical control device,establishes a precise beam aiming model.It introduces BP neural network to obtain the functional relationship between the input layer,hidden layer,and outputs layer,and calculates the transfer error of all input values within the function.It controls the laser single line scanning beam to complete the external surface laser single line scanning rust removal.The experimental results show that the rust removal system can remove metal rust at scanning speeds of 500,1000,and 1500 mm/s,but the rust removal ability varies greatly under different parameters.Compared with mechanical rust removal,the quality reduction of metal samples obtained by this rust removal system is smaller than that of mechanical rust removal,which has stronger corrosion resistance,smoother surface,and better rust removal performance.
