摘  要:目的探讨基于最佳图谱分割算法(OASA)的CT成像技术在小儿支原体肺炎(MP)诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选择88例MP患儿,根据诊断方法分为A组(基于OASA的CT影像)和B组(胸部X线片)。比较两组儿童的发现率、图像特征表现和图像质量满意度。结果A组和B组的检出率分别为97.73%和95.46%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组儿童胸腔积液的发现率明显优于X线组,而增加的支气管血管影的发现率明显低于X线组(P<0.05)。结节影、片状影、腺泡实质影、间质浸润影在两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT图像质量满意度(98.50%)明显高于X线(79.46%)(P<0.05)。结论基于OASA的CT图像可用于儿童MP的临床诊断,且CT图像优于胸部X线片。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of CT imaging based on optimal map segmentation algorithm(OASA)in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)in children.Methods 88 children with MP were selected and divided into group A(OASA based CT image)and group B(chest X-ray)according to the diagnosis method.The discovery rate,image feature performance and image quality satisfaction of the two groups of children were compared.Results The detection rates of group A and group B were 97.73%and 95.46%,respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The detection rate of pleural effusion in group A was significantly higher than that in X-ray group,while the detection rate of increased bronchial vascular shadow was significantly lower than that in X-ray group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in nodular shadow,lamellar shadow,acinar parenchymal shadow and interstitial infiltrating shadow between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of CT image quality(98.50%)was significantly higher than that of X-ray(79.46%)(P<0.05).Conclusion CT images based on OASA can be used in the clinical diagnosis of MP in children,and CT images are superior to chest radiographs.
