摘　　要：常州市工业和服务业用水定额的修订,是加强计划用水,提高用水效率,优化水资源配置,促进经济社会可持续发展的必然要求。根据2021年常州市用水定额的实施情况,分析了现阶段常州市各个行业用水定额制定的注意事项,广泛调研了解管理部门和用水户的意见,从而提出针对主要行业用水定额修订的思路与建议,以期为下一阶段用水定额的修订提供有益参考。The revision of water quotas for industrial and service industries in Changzhou is an inevitable requirement for strengthening planned water use,improving water efficiency,optimizing water resource allocation,and promoting sustainable economic and social development.Based on the implementation of the 2021 water quota in Changzhou City,this paper analyzes the precautions for the formulation of water quotas in various industries in Changzhou City at the current stage,extensively investigates and understands the opinions of management departments and water users,and proposes ideas and suggestions for the revision of water quotas in major industries,in order to provide useful references for the revision of water quotas in the next stage.
