摘  要:以MG500/1180-WD型号采煤机为研究对象,采用EDEM离散元仿真软件建立三维仿真模型,综合考虑煤岩块度、顶板压力对采煤机截割性能的影响,研究在不同推进速度下采煤机截割煤岩的动态过程,得出滚筒三向载荷情况,确定出一个合理的牵引速度。Taking the MG500/1180-WD coal mining machine as the research object,a three-dimensional simulation model was established using EDEM discrete element simulation software.The influence of coal rock block size and roof pressure on the cutting performance of the coal mining machine was comprehensively considered.The dynamic process of the coal mining machine cutting coal rock at different pushing speeds was studied,and the three-dimensional load situation of the drum was obtained to determine a reasonable traction speed.
