摘 要:为了提升数控铣床的应用效果,以LK3060数控铣床为研究对象,介绍一种数控铣床关键部件力学分析及优化方法。阐述了LK3060数控铣床的基本情况,以此为基础,对横梁、立柱的静力学特性与动力学特性进行模拟分析,根据模拟分析结果制定相应的优化方案及优化后方案应用效果予以验证。结果表明,相对于原数控铣床,优化后数控铣床变形量明显下降,最高可以降低6%左右,且出现共振问题的概率明显下降。表明模拟分析结果与优化方案是合理的,可将该方法大规模推广。In order to improve the application effect of CNC milling machine,taking LK3060 CNC milling machine as an example,a mechanical analysis and optimisation method of key components of CNC milling machine is introduced.The basic situation of LK3060 CNC milling machine is described,based on which the static and dynamic characteristics of the beam and column are simulated and analysed,and the corresponding optimization scheme and the application effect of the optimized scheme are verified according to the results of the simulation and analysis.The results show that compared with the original CNC milling machine,the deformation of the optimised CNC milling machine decreases significantly,up to about 6%,and the probability of resonance problems decreases significantly.It shows that the simulation analysis results and optimisation scheme are reasonable,and the method can be promoted on a large scale.
