摘 要:建筑物高空玻璃窗的清洁是一项量大面广的作业,人工清洁作业量大、危险性高,采用机器人清洁价格略高。将清洁系统与窗户设计为一体结构来实现自清洁,介绍了其总体结构并对各部分进行结构设计,给出了该清洁系统的工作原理,并对清洁系统进行了力学平衡分析与运动分析,保证清洁装置的稳定运行。The cleaning of high altitude glass windows in buildings is a large quantity and wide range of operations,the manual cleaning operation is large and dangerous,and the price of robotic cleaning is slightly higher.In this study,the cleaning system and the window are designed as an integrated structure to realize self-cleaning,the overall structure is introduced and the structural design of each part is given,the working principle of the cleaning system is given,and the mechanical balance analysis and motion analysis of the cleaning system are carried out to ensure the stable operation of the cleaning device.
