摘  要:通过分析西林瓶自动轧盖机的工艺过程,确定执行部件在自动轧盖机的位置分布,对自动轧盖机的网带输送、进瓶螺杆、轧盖调高、进瓶拨盘和出瓶拨盘传动机构进行设计分析,进瓶结构采用带传动,利用输送带理瓶;分瓶供瓶结构上采用等距螺杆实现螺杆传动;进瓶拨盘和出瓶拨盘采用齿轮传动;轧盖调高采用齿轮传动系统和凸轮传动;托瓶盘自转采用齿轮传动系统。该传动系统能满足自动轧盖机的轧盖要求,具有布局合理、工作效率高、结构简单等优点。By analyzing the process of the automatic capping machine for penicillin bottles,the position distribution of the executing components in the automatic capping machine is determined.The transmission mechanisms of the automatic capping machine's mesh belt conveyor,bottle inlet screw,capping height adjustment,bottle inlet dial and bottle outlet dial are designed and analyzed.The bottle inlet structure adopts belt transmission,and the bottle is managed by the conveyor belt;In terms of bottle distribution and supply structure,equidistant screws are used to achieve screw transmission;The bottle inlet and outlet dials are driven by gears;The height adjustment of the rolling cap adopts a gear transmission system and a cam transmission;The rotation of the bottle tray adopts a gear transmission system.The transmission system can meet the capping requirements of the automatic capping machine,with a reasonable layout,high work efficiency,and simple structure.
