摘 要:深入研究煤矿试验站液压装置系统设计与实现,探讨了液压装置系统在煤矿试验站中的应用。首先,通过深入分析煤矿试验站的液压系统工作原理和需求,结合液压传动技术和自动化控制理论,提出了一种创新的系统设计方案。其次,详细计算了液压系统各结构参数。最后,搭建了一个实验平台,并进行了一系列的实验研究。结果表明,所设计的液压装置系统具有较高的工作效率和安全性能,在煤矿试验站的实际应用中取得了良好的效果,为提高煤矿安全技术研究的效率和质量提供了技术支持。The design and realization of the hydraulic device system for coal mine test station are studied,and the application of the hydraulic device system in coal mine test station is discussed.First of all,through in-depth analysis of the working principle and demand of the hydraulic system of the coal mine test station,combined with hydraulic transmission technology and automation control theory,an innovative system design scheme is proposed.Secondly,the structural parameters of the hydraulic system were calculated in detail.Finally,an experimental platform was built and a series of experimental studies were carried out.The results show that the designed hydraulic system has high working efficiency and safety performance,and has achieved good results in the practical application of coal mine test station,which provides technical support for improving the efficiency and quality of coal mine safety technology research.
