摘 要:螺旋滚筒是采煤机中的关键结构部件,其性能好坏直接决定了采煤效率大小。以JMG2×80(55)/360(260)-WDK型采煤机的螺旋滚筒为对象进行分析,在充分考螺旋滚筒实际工作状态的基础上,提出在端盖部位增加设置4个截齿的优化设计方案。利用EDEM离散元软件分别建立有限元模型并进行对比研究,发现新结构的生产率提升了13.6%,截割比能耗降低了15%左右。将优化后的螺旋滚筒应用到采煤机中,通过数据对比发现新结构确实能在一定程度上提升生产效率并降低能耗,验证了优化设计方案的可行性。Spiral drum is a key structural component in coal mining machine,and its performance directly determines the efficiency of coal mining.The spiral drum of JMG2×80(55)/360(260)-WDK coal mining machine is analyzed as an object,and on the basis of the actual working condition of the spiral drum,the optimized design scheme of adding four cut-off teeth in the end cover is proposed.Using EDEM discrete element software to establish finite element models and conduct comparative studies,it is found that the productivity of the new structure has been increased by 13.6%,and the energy consumption of the cut-off ratio has been reduced by about 15%.The optimized spiral roller is applied to the coal mining machine,and through data comparison,it is found that the new structure can really improve the productivity and reduce the energy consumption to a certain extent,which verifies the feasibility of the optimized design scheme.
