摘 要:为进一步探究液压支架顶梁结构在强度上的可能优化路径,以复合板材型液压支架顶梁结构为研究对象,通过三维建模、力学分析与有限元分析,确定该液压支架顶梁结构存在中间纵向筋板与前端横向筋板铰接处存在应力偏高且集中的问题。就此,应用焊接高强度板材的方式进行优化,并通过单因素实验,确定焊板长度为280 mm,且厚度为14 mm时具有最优的优化效果。该优化过程可为后续的现场实验提供参考借鉴。In order to further investigate the possible optimization path of the hydraulic support roof beam structure in terms of strength,the composite plate hydraulic support roof beam structure is taken as the research object,and it is determined that there is a problem of high and concentrated stress at the hinged joint between the middle longitudinal fascia plate and the front transverse fascia plate through three-dimensional modeling,mechanical analysis and finite element analysis.In this regard,the optimization is carried out by welding high-strength plates,and through the one-way experiment,it is determined that the optimal optimization effect is achieved when the length of the welded plate is 280 mm and the thickness is 14 mm.The optimization process can provide reference for subsequent field experiments.
