摘  要:为提高煤矿破碎机工作效率,减少故障概率,对顺槽破碎机传动装置进行了优化设计。简要分析了煤矿顺槽破碎机传动装置的结构,结合传动装置受力状态、异常运行状态等,提出引入双支撑结构、优化液压系统、调整轴承座、增加液化水冷却循环系统的优化方法。实践应用后能有效降低顺槽破碎机故障概率,满足顺槽破碎机工作需求,具有推广应用价值。In order to improve the working efficiency of coal mine crusher and reduce the probability of failure,the transmission device of down-channel crusher is optimized.After briefly analyzing the structure of the transmission device of coal mine down-track crusher,combined with the force state of the transmission device,abnormal operation state,etc.,we put forward the optimization method of introducing double support structure,optimizing the hydraulic system,adjusting the bearing seat,and increasing the liquefied water cooling circulatory system.The optimization method can effectively reduce the failure rate of downream crusher and meet the working demand of downream crusher,so it has the value of popularization and application.
