摘 要:为了解决高压电机散热困难的问题,本文利用数值模拟软件对电机冷却器进行优化分析,首先对冷却器运行时内部温度场及压力场进行分析,发现内部通风路径入口处与热交换器进行热交换后降至53.7℃,同时由于阻塞板导致流体流向突然改变,从而在此位置易出现涡流,根据模拟结果对冷却器结构进行优化,优化后内风路位置较原方案温度从53.7℃降低到51.46℃,同时根据内部流体速度矢量图可以看出内部漩涡问题得到了较好的解决,综合而言整体优化方案可行。In order to solve the problem of difficult heat dissipation in high-voltage motors,this paper uses numerical simulation software to optimize and analyze the motor cooler.Firstly,the internal temperature and pressure fields of the cooler during operation are analyzed.It is found that the temperature drops to 53.7℃after heat exchange between the inlet of the internal ventilation path and the heat exchanger.At the same time,due to the sudden change in fluid flow caused by the blocking plate,eddy currents are prone to occur at this position.Based on the simulation results,the cooler structure is optimized.After optimization,the temperature of the internal air path is reduced from 53.7℃to 51.46℃compared to the original plan.At the same time,according to the internal fluid velocity vector diagram,it can be seen that the internal vortex problem has been well solved.Overall,the optimization plan is feasible.
