摘  要:移动式起重机多为手动操控,在收展车和维修保养等过程中需要多人配合,效率低且存在安全隐患。现有的无线控制系统通用性差,无法满足用户多样化需求。针对该问题,设计了适用于多型移动式起重机的通用无线控制系统。系统由车载终端和无线遥控器组成,具有多接口快速匹配、多档速度调节等特点。工程应用表明,系统操作方便、通用性强,可提高工作效率,有效保障起重机收展车和维修保养安全。Mobile cranes are mostly operated manually and require two or more people to cooperate in the process of folding-deploying and maintaining the cranes,which is inefficient and with potential safety hazards.Existing wireless control system has poor universality and cannot meet the diverse needs of users.A universal wireless control system for multi-type mobile cranes is designed to solve these problems.The system is composed of vehicle terminal and wireless remote control,which is with the characteristics such as multi-interface fast matching and multi-speed adjustment.The engineering application shows that the system is easy to operate and has strong versatility,which can improve the operation efficiency and ensure the crane safety on folding-deploying work and maintenance.
