摘 要:为了解决输送机煤流控制自动化程度低、运行成本高的不足,提出了一种新的基于超声波传感器的输送机煤流量控制方法。首先通过带速传感器对输送机运行速度进行动态监测,并通过超声波传感器对煤量进行分析,再通过动态时间窗口算法来对输送机运行时的煤流量进行精确计算,最后通过变频调速模式实现对输送机运行速度的灵活调节。根据实际应用表明,新的煤流量调控技术对煤量的监测偏差为2%,能够实现煤量-带速的自动匹配,将输送机运行能耗降低53.17%。In order to solve the shortcomings of low automation degree and high operation cost of conveyor coal flow control,a new ultrasonic sensor-based conveyor coal flow control method is proposed.Firstly,the conveyor running speed is dynamically monitored by the belt speed sensor,and the coal quantity is analyzed by the ultrasonic sensor,then the coal flow is accurately calculated by the dynamic time window algorithm when the conveyor is running,and finally the flexible adjustment of the conveyor running speed is realized by the frequency conversion speed control mode.According to the practical application,the new coal flow control technology has a 2%deviation of coal quantity monitoring,which can realize the automatic matching of coal quantity and belt speed,and reduce the energy consumption of conveyor operation by 53.17%.
