煤矿皮带运输机安全保护与语音通信融合改造研究

摘　　要：为了进一步提升煤矿皮带运输机运行的安全性,介绍一种煤矿皮带运输机安全保护与语音通信融合改造方案。该方案共由两部分构成,一部分为硬件,主要包括中控系统、电源模块、语音模块、数据采集模块、通信模块等,用于各项功能的开展;另一部分为软件模块,主要包括语音控制软件、PLC控制软件等,用于各功能的实现。通过模拟分析可以发现,系统功能良好,符合预期要求,可大规模推广。In order to further improve the safety of coal mine belt conveyor operation,a coal mine belt conveyor safety protection and voice communication fusion transformation programme is introduced.The programme consists of two parts,one is hardware,mainly including central control system,power module,voice module,data acquisition module,communication module,etc.,which is used to carry out the functions;the other is software module,mainly including voice control software,PLC control software,etc.,which is used to achieve the functions.Through simulation analysis,it can be found that the system functions well,meets the expected requirements,and can be promoted on a large scale.
