摘  要:煤矿设备、配件在修理保养的过程中,需要拆下来进行彻底清洗,传统的手工柴油清洗不仅工人劳动强度大,而且设备、配件的死角清洗不到位,直接影响设备的工作性能;同时使用过的柴油又存在环保管理方面的问题。基于此,河曲露天煤业采用超声波对设备、配件进行非接触清洗,不仅降低了工人的劳动强度,而且清洁度能够达到98%以上,特别适用于发动机、变速箱、轴承等大件设备,而且使用的清洗介质为水基材料,易于处理,不会造成环境的破坏。Coal mine equipment,accessories in the process of repair and maintenance,need to be removed for thorough cleaning,the traditional manual diesel cleaning not only the labour intensity of workers,but also equipment,accessories of the dead ends of the cleaning is not in place,directly affecting the working performance of the equipment;at the same time used diesel fuel and the existence of environmental protection management problems.Based on this,Hequ open-pit coal industry using ultrasonic equipment,accessories for non-contact cleaning,not only reduces the labour intensity of workers,and the cleanliness can reach more than 98%,especially for engines,gearboxes,bearings and other large pieces of equipment,and the use of cleaning media for water-based materials,easy to deal with,and will not cause damage to the environment.
